BUILDING PLAN
Access to the property is by road, as is the private parking. The two houses are adjacent, they are located in the same building and have the same entrance, the two terraces are communicating and separated by a luxuriant flowerbed. In the figure alongside, the Solandra house and its terrace are the ones that are darkened. To the right of the two houses there is a terrace for common use where the outdoor shower is located, and a garden shed where the washing machine is located which works via a coin mechanism.
Each terrace has a hammock, a barbecue, sun loungers, a drying rack, and a table with chairs for exclusive use. You access the apartment via the terrace and enter the living room- kitchen. In the living area there are two of the single beds. The kitchen is made of masonry and there is also a wood stove. The bedroom has a masonry double bed and mezzanine with two single beds.
The TV is located in the living area, the air conditioning and the ceiling fan are in the bedroom
The interior space, including the mezzanine, measures approximately 62 square meters. The outdoor area of this dwelling measures approximately 59 square meters
Both homes have a masonry made mezzanine,
with two single beds, as shown in the picture.
The Mezzanine is located in the bedroom, and is accessible by a wooden cantilever staircase.
The terraces of both homes are partially covered by a wood-covered canopy of insulated panels
PLEASE NOTE
- The two houses have a common entrance, are adjacent, the two terraces are communicated and separated by a lush flowerbed
- The staircase leading to the terraces is equipped with a handrail and night lighting but has a moderate slope
- Pets are allowed upon request
- In this area of the island the internet connection is not always present and it is not always stable
- The houses are surrounded by greenery as they are surrounded by gardens and flower beds, for this reason the presence of mosquitoes and ants is inevitable. Against mosquitoes we provide guests with anti-mosquito plates, against ants we limit ourselves to using organic products avoiding the use of truly toxic poisons as by also hosting families with small children and pets, we must guarantee them that they can experience the environment without fears. The best antidote against ants is to avoid leaving food remains such as crumbs and the like and to frequently replace the organic garbage bag.
- Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge upon arrival, in the event that the customer wishes to request a further supply, it will be necessary to request it, at a cost of €15.00 per person which will be paid locally.
- The washing machine that works with a coin mechanism at a cost of € 4.00 for each washing cycle. For reasons of lack of water supply, the use of the washing machine is limited to 3 washing cycles per week. It is not allowed to wash the towels and bed linen provided by the facility.

The two homes are located 100m from the famous panoramic point of "Quattrocchi", 3km from the center of Lipari, 1km from the village of Pianoconte and a 20 min walk from the beach of Valle Muria
